Clear responsibilities for a controlled release.

These terms describe the permitted use of Project Phoenix, operated by Ambitious Dreamz Studio LLC. They apply to authorized use of the studio’s Phoenix workspace and its connected delivery workflows.

Phoenix is currently a studio tool for authorized operators. A public information page does not create an account, provide a software license to the public, or promise access to a connected platform.

An operator must have the studio’s permission to use the installation and authority over each account they connect. When these terms are presented for acceptance, use of Phoenix must comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the workspace or connect an account. A separate signed agreement may govern a particular engagement.

You retain the rights you already have in your content. These terms do not transfer ownership of your videos, audio, artwork, scripts, or account to the studio. By directing an authorized workflow, you permit the studio and the selected service providers to handle that content as needed to perform the requested work.

Before delivery, confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all media, music, voices, likenesses, trademarks, and other material. Review audience settings, captions, synthetic-media disclosures, sponsorship disclosures, and any other requirements that apply to your content and destination. Automated validation does not replace that review.

Connect only accounts you own or are permitted to manage. Keep credentials and device access secure. Do not send passwords, tokens, or client secrets through support messages.

A connection allows the configured workflow to use the permissions granted by the account owner; it does not provide blanket approval to publish or upload. Phoenix requires authorization of the specific release, file, account, and timing. Do not bypass review controls, impersonate another account owner, or use Phoenix to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules.

The current TikTok adapter uploads a draft to the creator’s inbox. The creator must continue inside TikTok to review and complete the post. A successful draft receipt is not proof of public publication. Phoenix stores caption text for review and copying; the video inbox-upload API does not attach it automatically.

Schedules run locally. Keep Phoenix running and the computer awake. Platform processing, network availability, quotas, permissions, and account eligibility can delay or prevent delivery. Under the current scheduler, missed authorized deliveries may run up to 12 hours late; older authorizations expire. Check the scheduled time and job status before leaving work queued.

Pausing, revoking a delivery, or disconnecting an account can stop future actions, but may not cancel an upload or other request that a provider has already accepted. Manage accepted drafts and posts directly with that provider.

TikTok, Blackmagic Design, and other connected services are independent providers. Their terms, permissions, review decisions, and availability apply separately. Phoenix does not guarantee API approval, uninterrupted service, a particular publication time, audience reach, or a commercial result.

Phoenix’s TikTok integration is currently in sandbox setup. Production access is not established. Do not rely on the existence of a developer app or these pages as evidence that a live upload or publication is available.

The studio may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, or unavailable integrations. Keep independent copies of source media and important exports. Phoenix is provided as available; nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

The Phoenix Privacy Policy describes account information, storage, support requests, disconnecting, and deletion. Website browsing is separately described in the studio website Privacy Policy.

The studio may update these terms as the service changes. The published revision will identify its effective date; material changes will be brought to affected operators’ attention before their continued use is requested.
