How the studio workspace handles information.

Ambitious Dreamz Studio LLC operates Project Phoenix. This policy describes the Phoenix desktop workspace and its TikTok draft-delivery integration. It also explains how to contact the studio about Phoenix information.

Phoenix is a studio-operated desktop tool for authorized operators. Its TikTok integration is in sandbox setup. The account and upload practices below describe the supported workflow when an account connection is authorized and usable.

Ordinary visits to the studio website, website cookies, purchases, and general contact forms are covered by the studio website Privacy Policy. This Phoenix policy provides the specific description of Phoenix integration data; it does not grant permission to use that data for unrelated advertising or AI training.

• Production information: project and calendar records, selected media files and their locations, titles, caption drafts, approval and rights records, file properties, and file hashes.
• Connected TikTok account: the account identifier and display name returned by TikTok, connection status, and validation time. The current identity check requests open ID and display name.
• Authorization information: app credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, expiry information, and temporary signed upload addresses needed for the connection.
• Delivery records: the selected destination, scheduled time, approved file and caption references, upload identifiers, processing status, errors, and receipts.
• Support correspondence: the contact information, message, and files you choose to send us.

The Phoenix TikTok workflow does not request your TikTok password, private messages, contacts, follower list, or advertising data. Enter TikTok sign-in details only into TikTok’s own sign-in interface.

Phoenix uses account information to confirm the intended destination, maintain authorized access, deliver the selected draft, and check its processing status. Production and delivery records support review, scheduling, troubleshooting, and avoidance of unintended duplicate actions. Support messages are used to respond to your request.

The TikTok delivery workflow does not sell TikTok account information, use it to target advertising, or use it to train AI models. Optional creative or AI services are separate workflows; connecting TikTok alone does not authorize sending TikTok account information to them.

Production records and referenced media are held on the studio computer and in studio-managed storage or backups. Connected-account tokens and signed upload addresses are protected using encryption tied to the Windows user. Ordinary project records and media files are not covered by that credential encryption.

Any original credential file supplied by an operator remains in its original location and must be protected separately. Phoenix does not automatically delete it after import.

When a delivery is authorized, the selected video and upload request information are sent to TikTok. TikTok processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices. Website hosting and email providers process ordinary website requests and correspondence when those services are used. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address misuse or protect rights and safety.

Phoenix keeps project records, media references, approval history, and delivery receipts until an authorized operator removes them or a studio retention decision applies. There is no automatic deletion period in the current installation. Backups may contain earlier copies.

Disconnecting an account in Phoenix disables its use for future jobs. It does not automatically erase stored credentials, revoke TikTok’s permission grant, or delete drafts or posts already accepted by TikTok. Revoke app access in TikTok’s account settings as well. Manage content already on TikTok within TikTok.

To request access, correction, or deletion of Phoenix-held information, email contact@ambitiousdreamzstudio.com with the subject “Phoenix data request.” Identify the connected account and the information concerned, without including secrets. We may ask for reasonable verification of account control. We will address applicable privacy rights and explain any information retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping needs, including relevant backup limitations.

Access controls and credential encryption reduce risk, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Keep the studio device and its Windows account protected.

Phoenix is intended for authorized studio operators and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been included so we can review it.

The studio operates in the United States. TikTok and other service providers may process information in locations described in their policies. We will update this page when Phoenix’s practices change, including material changes to account data or permissions.
